To create the excitement, energy, and unified feeling of a national product launch to sales teams in regional locations, Drury created and delivered consistent, effective training simultaneously to over 4,500 sales representatives in 8 different locations via satellite video-conferencing. The feed was broadcast to over 350 rooms nationwide. Drury also produced 5 product and selling skill specific workshops delivered synchronously, along with a high-speed knowledge assessment competition pitting district against district nationwide.
