Pride has always been about positivity, acceptance, and community. We love helping our clients integrate these virtues into their company cultures via authentic, unexpected Pride experiences that celebrate LGBTQ+ employees and amplify their voices. Whether we’re creating colorful parades, emotional activations, interactive virtual events, or stunning swag, we find tremendous joy in bringing people together under the rainbow flag, all year round.
To celebrate Pride month and WorldPride, Drury designed and installed New York’s “largest Pride flag” called Ascend With Pride. This installation took place on the steps of the Four Freedoms State Park on Roosevelt Island. Every four steps featured one of six different colors of the LGBT + Pride flag. From the base of the steps at ground level, they appeared as one large flag.
