THE ULTIMATE AWARDS CEREMONY
“Call for Code” is a hybrid program recognizing the achievements of developers around the world to try to solve the world’s biggest problems using technology. This was our third year working with IBM, The David Clark Cause (the creator of the award) and the United Nations Human Rights. This year’s ask? Create a hybrid awards ceremony with a red-carpet reception and a post-show “wrap party.”
The Solution
LIVE FROM NEW YORK!
We created an awards celebration that showcased developers who answered the call to solve the world’s climate change problems with tech. We combined the best of both worlds from the two previous Call for Code events; a robust online experience AND a celebratory in-person experience. This year’s event met IBM’s goal of driving donations to UN Human Rights and recruiting new corporate sponsors to support the winning development teams.
