Our challenge was to find new ways to connect with the attendees, to focus on what is important and to create a sense of a global community. And this required an even bolder response.
We kept the team small, with highly skilled people in key production roles. Pre-production meetings were lean, collaborative, and efficient. All stakeholder needs and concerns were addressed, but the process was not a “time-sink.”
On-site personnel were kept to a minimum, too. Not only because of COVID protocols, but to keep maximize efficiencies.
