The Ask
Custom design Google’s new qCraft mod via booth at Minecon in Orlando, Florida. This couldn’t be an ordinary expo booth—it had to simultaneously fit Google’s playful branding and embody Minecraft’s spirit of “anything goes” DIY creation.
LOCATION:
Orlando, FL
ATTENDEE COUNT:
30,000
The Solution
Our design was non-linear, encouraging kids to choose their own way to explore. Like the game itself, the booth offered a hands-on, heads-down experience in which participants were limited only by their own imaginations.
The Results
With 30,000 visitors, our booth was the conference’s most popular exhibit. We also showcased a video gallery of adventures from real players, as well as Google-produced Best Practice videos.
