The Ask
Pandora LIVE is a concert series created to connect fans with their favorite artists and brands via intimate venues and interactive experiences. Pandora worked with Drury on one of the biggest installments in the series—the Jonas Brothers at New York’s historic Webster Hall.
The Solution
To meet Pandora’s expectations, we had to transform a classic NYC venue into a vibrant, engaging environment on a very short timeline—all while keeping Pandora involved in every step of the design process. We gave a wide selection of options for each element and took special care to accommodate the requests of all stakeholders.
The Highlights
The Jonas Brothers usually perform in sold-out arenas, so it’s no surprise that Pandora LIVE garnered huge buzz; it was a rare opportunity for guests to see their pop idols in an intimate setting—and to interact with awesome, fan-centric experiences along the way.
“What would you do for a Klondike Bar?” Drury helped create a branded activation centered around Klondike—the perfect treat for a balmy summer concert.
We worked with Spectrum to create and deliver a blacklight hat dipping station and photo-op. The luminescent hats were a huge hit.
For this photo-op, we designed branded backdrops and custom rugs that were Pantone-matched to Discover’s colors.
Drury combined existing St. Ives assets with new elements: Live and mock greenery, furniture, custom shelving, flavored water (to match St. Ives's new facial mist line), and a dimensional backdrop with brand logo.
"
As I walked up the steps of Webster Hall to go in the venue, I started seeing many familiar faces and it took me to a place I never thought I would physically or mentally be ever again…it was like a high school reunion.”
- Juliet Schroder, Celebsecrets
"
The Brothers played an impressive setlist…Fans started lining up the day prior and came from as far as Mexico and Singapore. By the time doors opened the line stretched for half a dozen city blocks.”
